Some while ago, I entertained the thought of writing a picture book, under the assumption that it would be an easy to project to manage and finish. During that time, under the idea of doing necessary research, I amassed a small collection of books which were most unbecoming for a man of my age. I was eventually dispossessed of the notion by someone of much better learning on the subject, perhaps a bit violently, but this odd collection remains with me even now.
